Weaving
Nobody will reinvent weaving...
but the name HEYTex® stands for continuous improvements in weaving.
Coated technical Textiles are manufactured for certain applications. The fields of application are constantly changing and broadening, thus increasing the requirement for our fabrics.
The basis of our high-performance textiles are the excellent carrier fabrics that are manufactured in our own weaving mill at our headquarters at Bramsche.
As a traditional weaving mill, we have always massively invested in state-of-the-art weaving equipment and high-quality weaving accessories. Our experienced expert staff works with hightech weaving machines where fabrics up to a maximal width of 540 cm are manufactured. Our air-jet, gripper and projectile looms ensure both - reliable quality and high production safety - HEYTex® of course.

Coating

Technical Textiles have to meet very different product specifications, depending on the respective applications. Therefore, in addition to the carrier fabric, the equipment and the coating are the most important components during manufacture.
The Heytex-Group counts among the leading weavers and coaters of technical textiles worldwide. HEYTex® fabrics owe their reputation to the formulation of various coatings that confer exactly those characteristics and properties to the technical fabrics that are required for the specific applications.
At the company headquarters at Bramsche, high-performance coating lines of up to max. 500 cm finished product width are working for you. At our location in Neugersdorf we ensure expert coating of special products due to our sophisticated calander and melt roll coating technology for tissues of product width of max. 218 cm.
HEYTex® also means focus on innovative technology: new 3.2 metre high-performance coating maschine.
In 2009, Heytex massively invested in new technology again and developed and installed a new high-performance coating machine. Targeted towards meeting the special requirements of the Heytex customers. With this investment, Heytex does not only reach new dimensions in terms of capacity, but also in terms of quality.

Laminating

Only with HEYTex®.The Heytex-Group is one of the few renowened experts for BOTH the production of high-quality fabrics and the manufacture of innovative laminates for the advertising and printing industries and for numerous technical applications.
Since 2007, Heytex has been producing high-quality laminates for digital sign and banner printing and other technical applications at the location of Zhangjiagang in China. The laminates in frontlit, backlit and blockout quality, of up to a product width of max. 350 cm, are the perfect synthesis of German quality standards and many years of experience in the manufacture of laminates of our Chinese colleagues.
HEYTex® laminates are especially appropriate for short-term applications in advertising (e.g. for signs that have to be updated regularly - signs for special sales promotions et cetera) as well as for various technical applications.
